Design, implement and maintain an energy management system

  1. in-depth and periodic analysis of the energy system in which the user, whether civil or industrial, operates:
    • of processes, buildings, services, transport, plants and technologies;
    • the organization's energy management methods (energy policy, practices, procedures, etc.)
  2. introduction of an energy policy in the organization or, if already present,
    • verification activity that it has been implemented and maintained in a compliant manner regardless of the scheme adopted (for example: UNI CEI EN ISO 50001, etc.);
  3. promoting the introduction and maintenance within the organization of energy management systems compliant with UNI CEI EN ISO 50001.

Manage the technical contents of relevant contracts

  1. definition of the technical specifications relating to the energy aspects of the contracts for the implementation, management and maintenance of an EPIA (Energy Performance Improvement Action = Energy Performance Improvement Action)
  2. analysis of energy supply and transfer contracts
  3. analysis, evaluation and assistance in EPC (Energy Performance Contract) contracts

Perform energy diagnoses in compliance with the UNI CEI EN 16247 series and feasibility studies

  1. energy diagnoses including the identification of improvement interventions also in relation to the use of renewable energy sources in compliance with the UNI CEI EN 16247 series;
    • energy inventory;
    • energy model;
    • technical-economic analysis;
    • reporting;
  2. carry out energy diagnoses in compliance with the UNI CEI EN 16247 series and feasibility studies
  3. feasibility study of interventions with possible risk assessment (extra EN 16247 task).

Evaluate and measure energy savings

  1. measurement and monitoring of EnPI (Energy Performance Indicators)
  2. measurement and verification of energy savings achieved by EPIA (energy performance improvement action)

Supervise energy plants and systems

  1. energy optimization of plant operation and maintenance
  2. setting up systems management, monitoring and control

Appropriately apply legislation and technical regulations in the energy and environmental fields

Prepare and maintain reports and information for management, staff and external parties

Promoting the energy transition and decarbonisation

Complementary Energy Opportunities

While renewable energy remains our core area of expertise, Tailoring Energy also selectively evaluates and pursues opportunities in the broader energy sector, including petroleum products, derivatives, and fertilizers. These activities are approached with a prudent, confidential, and professional approach, leveraging qualified relationships, vetting counterparties, and paying close attention to the commercial sustainability of transactions.
